Karim Benzema has not recovered in time to face Juventus in the Champions League semi-final first leg on Tuesday night but Gareth Bale is included in the 20-man squad.
The Frenchman had hoped to be fit and available for selection in Turin but the match has come too soon. He will now focus his efforts on being ready for the big Liga match against Valencia this weekend and the second-leg of the European clash.
The Welshman is included and is set to start, however after coming through his outing in Seville unscathed.
“Bale played well against Sevilla,” said Ancelotti at his pre-match press conference. I think he’s in perfect conditions and 100 per cent ready to play from the start.”
There is still no Luka Modric as the Croatian midfielder returns from his injury.
Madrid’s 20-man squad:
Goalkeepers: Casillas, Keylor Navas and Pacheco.
Defenders: Varane, Ramos, Pepe, Coentrão, Carvajal, Arbeloa, Marcelo and Nacho.
Midfielders: Kroos, James, Bale, Lucas Silva, Isco and Illarra.
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Jesé and Chicharito.
