I was always interested In seeing Real play when I would come here to Spain to visit my family but football (soccer) was not yet my passion, being half-American and living in the states. Years later, after moving to Europe, I watched Florentino build the 'galacticos' squad and I was hooked. It was then when I first wanted to build a Real Madrid Website but it took a 0-5 thrashing at the hands of Barcelona to make me serious about the project years later - and here it is!

  1. Bravo Christiano! That’s a lot of money for anyone, and will do enormous things in a country as poor as Nepal. It will require billions of dollars and many years to rebuild the towns and villages in Nepal, not to mention their stunning cultural heritage. This gift reveals what sort of character I always knew Christiano Ronaldo has…let’s see how many other mega rich superstars donate even a fraction of this amount to help the suffering in one of the world’s poorest countries.

  2. I agree, that’s a huge amount of money for anyone to give away no matter how wealthy you are. Its extremely generous.
