Real Madrid will miss the services of Sami Khedira for at least a fortnight, he suffered a hamstring injury in the game against Lyon which ended 1-1. Lassana Diarra replaced the German international around the 68th minute mark and Real Madrid have released a statement saying that his condition is being monitored. The official website of Real Madrid reported that the player "has strained his left quadriceps" and that he "is being monitored and will undergo complimentary tests on Thursday."
The next three games are against Deportivo La Coruna, Malaga and Racing Santander and Sami Khedira will certainly miss those games, he is also going to be out for the return leg against Lyon at home.
