Bale's China move OFF

Gareth Bale's Real Madrid future is once again up in the air after his reported move to China collapsed.

The Welshman was said to be all set for a move to Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning but the move has been called off following Madrid's return from their pre-season tour of the USA.

The move was set to earn Bale a reported £1 million per week but Los Blancos have called off the deal as they look to hold out for a big transfer fee from another club.

The switch would have saved Madrid Bale's wages but with Paul Pogba on Zinedine Zidane's transfer radar, Madrid need cash to help fund a big transfer fee for the Manchester United midfielder.

Madrid are keen to let Bale go but with the transfer window in China closing on Wednesday and in the Premier League on August 8, time is running out.

Zidane and his squad travel to Germany today to take part in the Audi Cup in Munich and it will be interesting to see if the 30-year-old Welshman will be on the plane.
